The key to a successful web project is a web site where the information always is up-to-date and available.
Devello Publish is an advanced but user-friendly system for creating and updating web sites on the Internet or Intranet without previous knowledge. Our goal has been to develop a system as user-friendly as possible. Anyone with basic computer skills can administrate and update the web site.
Since the adminstration of the web site is managed through the browser and the Internet, it is possible to log in and administrate wherever and whenever. No software installation is required.
This is an example of the editing of an article
As an authorized administrator of Devello Publish password protected administration, you can:
- Specify your companys contact information
- Choose from different style sheets/layouts
- Upload your own logotype
- Create a navigation menu with an unlimited number of sub categories
- Create articles connected to the menu categories
- Create an unlimited number of pages with the same layout
- Specify the starting- and ending date for the display of an article on the web site.
- Administrate users, give users different access and the possibility to read, by the administrator, selected parts. This function enables the web site to be used both as Intranet and Extranet at the same time.
- Lock the web site for password access only, e g to use the web site as an Intranet.
Order forms
The users may contact you by filling out a form on the web site.
Polls
Create your own polls where the visitors can answer a topical question. The answer is presented in the shape of a bar chart.
Guestbook
Visitors can write messages in the editable guestbook. The messages can be read by all visitors.
Newsletters
The possibility to send an article as a newsletter to the subscribed visitors is only a few clicks away. You can also add and remove subscribers.
Event calendar
Enter current, date connected events.
Search function
Visitors can search the information available in the system. The search result is presented in a list.
Headlines
Headlines on the start page can contain the articles you wish to display. You can also add a short description of the article.
Help function
The system has a built-in help function that enables you to get information about the different parts of the system. The help can be edited in compliance with your own demands.
Multi-lingual support
Administration of the site in optional western language.
Footer
You can choose to present your contact information at the bottom of every page in the footer.
Site map
Display an overview - a site map - of all menues and articles avaliable on your site.
E-mail groups
Sort the e-mail addresses in user groups in order to send newsletters to selected user groups.
Your own forms
Create forms where the visitor may submit information to you by e-mail. Support for advanced validation is available.
Meta tags
In order to be found by search engines, you need to insert so called meta tags on the start page. This can be made by filling out a form in the administration.
Intro page
An introduction page can be displayed before the "real" site. This is suitable if the possibility to choose language is available.
Special offers
Give only the exclusive recipients of a certain link access to selected parts of your web site. This function is perfect for creating special offers intended mainly for subscribers. |
